Frauds preying on good people's naivety! Like many of the others here I have been scammed. They are obvious frauds, tricking people to get a reading for 1 EUR and then charging 39 EUROS without even confirming an account creation. I have only used their website on my mobile and apparently that considers an account creation. I only receive an email to confirm 6 days later and although I haven't confirmed anything, and deactivated my account straight away, they charged me 39 euros a week later! Outrageous! Preying on people's naivety. And they claim to be ethical and so spiritual. I contacted the Support and received a very misleading email, not clarifying anything and basically saying that I don't qualify for a refund!

Actionally I review an experience of a… Actionally I review an experience of a money refund: I didn't know that every 2 week 22.8 euro was taken from my account, as I discovered that, I opened fall in PayPal and wrote to asknebula support, they wanted first 50% back, than refunded full price.thank you
