GBSTAY AWAY at all costs STAY AWAY at all costs. I have NEVER in my thirty some years on this planet felt the need to write one of these to warn others to safeguard their wallet, but these guys are the worst. Pay one dollar for an absolutely unreadable reading, like riddled with spelling errors, not even what I thought I paid for initially. To seven days later being hit with a $45 dollar charge. I immediately found the log in details they had given me and unsubscribed, however not even a week later they are attempting to charge me for $45 dollars once more. When I reached out to customer service they could only claim it’s a monthly charge, like babe it hasn’t even been a month !? The math is not mathing, whatever bad Karma they are wracking up over there I will stay far away from. And offering readings in place of a monetary refund, despicable. WHY WOULD I WANT TO GIVE YOU ANY MORE OF MY TIME, you obviously cannot be trusted with my card information already… THE WORST. They are so swift to respond here and attempt to get these reviews taken down! You already got your chance, give me my full refund Nebula!!!

CZScammy app Scammy app. The app is full of dark UX patterns. Most of all, subscribes without consent and makes unauthorized credit card charges. I am dismayed that Apple allows something like that in their app store. Edit: they've now refunded me fully. I thought about changing the rating here. However, first they offered only 50% back. I had to threaten with getting a refund directly from my bank and reporting them. In the meantime, they flagged this review (unmodified above) for "containing harmful or illegal content". Hence, they are consistently dishonest and my review stands

AUI got charged over $60AUD for something… I got charged over $60AUD for something and I don't even know what. They firstly took the initial charge of a couple of dollars and two days later a much larger charge was mage to my credit card. I now have no way of contacting them because I do not have an account, so I have lost money....for nothing. Do not give your credit card details.
