Not only are they refunding the 50% of my money, their assistant Scott has been so generous to offer me 150 more credits on this app and some reading guides, that I can choose personally. Anonim I had to ask for a refund as I had mistakenly signed up for a subscription at a time when money is tight. They responded promptly and refunded me only half of the money.
