Frauds preying on good people's naivety! Like many of the others here I have been scammed. They are obvious frauds, tricking people to get a reading for 1 EUR and then charging 39 EUROS without even confirming an account creation. I have only used their website on my mobile and apparently that considers an account creation. I only receive an email to confirm 6 days later and although I haven't confirmed anything, and deactivated my account straight away, they charged me 39 euros a week later! Outrageous! Preying on people's naivety. And they claim to be ethical and so spiritual. I contacted the Support and received a very misleading email, not clarifying anything and basically saying that I don't qualify for a refund!

The customer service is very efficient… The customer service is very efficient as I didn't subscribe for the monthly service but after I noticed that there was a deduction from my account and they refunded me. Thank you
