LTIf you want your money stolen, its a pretty good app for that reason Predatory marketing practices of stealing money from your customers card after a very explicit note YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED RIGHT AWAY doesn’t earn much confidence from your clientele, which you clearly think is dumb (ofc it is, its an astrology app and I fell for the oldest trick in a book by giving my card details). When support has reached me, they offered me 50% refund. 🤠🤠🤠 Hopefully the economy will get a correction and you will not get any more rounds of funding

GBI had recently purchased credits I had recently purchased credits, and didn’t see them. Contacted support and was told I used them, however I had not. They checked again and indeed it was true, they apologized and gave me my credit back. I appreciate their service and what they have to offer.

GBSTAY AWAY at all costs STAY AWAY at all costs. I have NEVER in my thirty some years on this planet felt the need to write one of these to warn others to safeguard their wallet, but these guys are the worst. Pay one dollar for an absolutely unreadable reading, like riddled with spelling errors, not even what I thought I paid for initially. To seven days later being hit with a $45 dollar charge. I immediately found the log in details they had given me and unsubscribed, however not even a week later they are attempting to charge me for $45 dollars once more. When I reached out to customer service they could only claim it’s a monthly charge, like babe it hasn’t even been a month !? The math is not mathing, whatever bad Karma they are wracking up over there I will stay far away from. And offering readings in place of a monetary refund, despicable. WHY WOULD I WANT TO GIVE YOU ANY MORE OF MY TIME, you obviously cannot be trusted with my card information already… THE WORST. They are so swift to respond here and attempt to get these reviews taken down! You already got your chance, give me my full refund Nebula!!!
