Not only are they refunding the 50% of my money, their assistant Scott has been so generous to offer me 150 more credits on this app and some reading guides, that I can choose personally. Definitely recommend it, the readings have been great!

AUI got charged over $60AUD for something… I got charged over $60AUD for something and I don't even know what. They firstly took the initial charge of a couple of dollars and two days later a much larger charge was mage to my credit card. I now have no way of contacting them because I do not have an account, so I have lost money....for nothing. Do not give your credit card details.

SGThe customer service is very efficient… The customer service is very efficient as I didn't subscribe for the monthly service but after I noticed that there was a deduction from my account and they refunded me. Thank you
