Not only are they refunding the 50% of my money, their assistant Scott has been so generous to offer me 150 more credits on this app and some reading guides, that I can choose personally. I had recently purchased credits I had recently purchased credits, and didn’t see them. Contacted support and was told I used them, however I had not. They checked again and indeed it was true, they apologized and gave me my credit back. I appreciate their service and what they have to offer.
