GBExcellent Service!!! I ordered an Echo Base 6/8 on Sunday, May 7th. Order was processed on Monday, May 8th. Received my order on May 11th. The only hiccup was USPS never scanned my package into their system. I checked the tracking number and it just "Label Created". I checked this morning and it said delivered. I will highly recommend your store to friends of the fly. Thanks.

GBQuestionable customer service Received email that said order had shipped and provided USPS tracking number. However, when using the tracking number USPS showed that they had not received the package. This went on for about a week. I emailed the shop to see what the problem was, since I paid for shipping. Shop replied that they had been short one item and they had just received it and order would be shipped the next day. A simple email stating that the order was delayed would have been very customer friendly. Unfortunately, the fly shop completely failed in this regard. I do not think I will order from them again.
