Zero issues. Only quality experience. I placed two orders. Reviews I read said shipping was super slow. This was not my experience at all. Items came very quickly, packaged nicely, and both orders were accurate. Exactly what I ordered. I will most definitely purchase from Botach again!

Awesome Company I have been purchasing from Botach for quite a while. Customer service has always been amazing! They have great products at prices that keep me coming back. When they ship to me, items arrive in a timely manner, and when I pick up in store everything is super smooth. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make a purchase.

Horrible Horrible. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Horrible employees customer service is a joke. And all around hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a store. Please do yourself a favor and run far far away from this dumpster fire of a business.
