Excellent service and shipping I said to my self ok out of Las Vegas I was like hmmm I know casinos and pawn shops, but I put in order the price was outstanding I mean the byrna price was great. They got it processed shipped out with tracking in like a day. Great company and customer service I have put two more orders in since. But from them solid company.

Drop Shippers Botach cleverly describes drop shipping as "shipped directly from our partners". If you mistakenly make a purchase of something that has to be drop shipped, they expect you to wait for the item to be shipped to them, and then for them to ship it to you. They will not refund you, and will hold your money.

Horrible Horrible. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Horrible employees customer service is a joke. And all around hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a store. Please do yourself a favor and run far far away from this dumpster fire of a business.

Botach in my Backyard Cannot tell you how fortunate us Vegas… Cannot tell you how fortunate us Vegas locals are to have such an awesome tactical store / warehouse in the neighborhood that carries everything you could ever want and then some. It would make anyone in the fields envious. What makes it just as nice is the staff here at Botach are amazing people and very helpful. ALL around excellent experience everything I will call an order to pick up. I highly recommend botch for all your outdoor / tactical needs. Plus the sales they run on a daily are awesome.
