I can't fault the delivery of my… I can't fault the delivery of my ordered fishing reel, it was really quick. My only issue is that I didn't find the seller very communicative, I had to chase to ensure that my order was received.

Item not received/company failing to respond. I purchased a fly line from the website on 16/05/2023. I received an email saying I would be notified once shipped (website states 2-3 days). Item not received, failed to respond to numerous emails. Phone number (from eBay site) unanswered, now appears to have blocked me. Absolutely disgusting service.
