Unfortunately item was clearly damaged… Unfortunately item was clearly damaged before being packed. Rod eyelets were bent and ceramic liner had been cracked out. Packaging was perfectly intact, this was obviously not inspected before being boxed up and sent out. Shame as the rest of the service was good.

Made an order on the 2nd June 2023 Made an order on the 2nd June 2023, its now the 12th June 2023 and I have not had my items despite delivery stated 2 to 3 days. I've mailed them multiple times but no response. Issued a 48hr response or I will cancel my order and go elsewhere.

My order arrived late and not as described My order arrived late, and not as described on their website, I've tried to contact them 3 times via email to discuss this with them as they won't provide a phone number, and haven't received any response, I will be opening up a dispute with PayPal, avoid if you expect any sort of customer service, as you certainly won't get it from these in my experience! I definitely wouldn't use again!

As expected funds taken from my bank account immediately. I emailed a few days later as I had not received any delivery tracking details, no reply. I emailed again for an update again a couple of days later, no reply…. And so it goes on, unable to make contact, emails are being ignored. I have now raised a fraud claim with my bank referencing that the company has failed completely to provide the goods or any communication regarding this. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for goods, find a company that are more reliable……….
