Unfortunately item was clearly damaged… Unfortunately item was clearly damaged before being packed. Rod eyelets were bent and ceramic liner had been cracked out. Packaging was perfectly intact, this was obviously not inspected before being boxed up and sent out. Shame as the rest of the service was good.

As expected funds taken from my bank account immediately. I emailed a few days later as I had not received any delivery tracking details, no reply. I emailed again for an update again a couple of days later, no reply…. And so it goes on, unable to make contact, emails are being ignored. I have now raised a fraud claim with my bank referencing that the company has failed completely to provide the goods or any communication regarding this. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for goods, find a company that are more reliable……….

Item not received/company failing to respond. I purchased a fly line from the website on 16/05/2023. I received an email saying I would be notified once shipped (website states 2-3 days). Item not received, failed to respond to numerous emails. Phone number (from eBay site) unanswered, now appears to have blocked me. Absolutely disgusting service.
