The customer service has been superb when a couple packages were lost customer service was welcoming, responsive and solved the problem immediately. Top notch products and I like the random oddball lures as well. Only critique is I wish all the products had detailed descriptions. Cast on!

Complete scam! Complete scam!! If anything goes wrong with your order like them attaching an old address to my order then not answering a single email, and go figure their phone number doesn’t work. Go ahead and call the store they say they have nothing to do with online orders.. stay far away!!

I have been a member since October of… I have been a member since October of 2020 with a monthly subscription to the elite bass box.Gotta say I haven’t been disappointed yet every box has been packed full of the newest lures and are fishable in the lake and rivers in my area.I am very happy with my subscription and customer service help is great as well

Membership quickly pays for itself This membership will definitely pay for itself quickly. Let's say average shipping fees would be around $15, it pays for itself in just over 3 purchases. Mine pretty much paid off before my trial was over. The opportunity to earn credit on certain items is also nice, I earned $18 on a $100 fishing pole! The information and tips you can access is super helpful for learning new rigs or even improving the ones already use. And although I haven't had to submit a claim yet, the tackle insurance if you loose a lure is just another great thing about this membership. The one thing I was disappointed about was still having to pay for shipping on rods, I'll avoid purchasing rods here in the future for this reason. But overall it is still a great membership and a must have for anglers of all levels.
