Rod Replacement I unfortunately had 2 Googan Rods break within a week span and didn’t have the money to buy new ones. I emailed them about the warranty and within an HOUR had 2 new rods being ordered and shipped to my address. This is the support every fisherman needs and not the support u see with every business. Karl's Club gives me the opportunity to get better prices than any local tackle store (Southern Ontario, Canada). Bought a rod/ reel combo that would have cost $20 more at Walmart and was able to get it in left hand retrieve! Had another rod replaced after breaking it, no questions asked. The members only deals are amazing. Would definitely recommend to any avid angler.
