GBBest service ever! I had ordered some fishing lures. They arrived quickly, however one was missing from the order. I emailed them, (over the weekend mind you) and much to my surprise they responded very quickly. They immediately refunded the money for the missing lure. Everyone is human and makes mistakes. They fixed, and fast. Customer service like this is very rare these days. Thank you, and please don’t change your ways!

GBFirst of all Lacinda was not the… First of all Lacinda was not the customer. Shop used the wrong card when order was first made and did not correct the name when it was changed. The order did not ship for a few days making it over a week before it was received after paying for a 2 day delivery. This completely unacceptable. I had to contact Pat's to find out when the order would ship and was told it would ship out the next day when it actually took 2 days beyond that. I doubt very seriously that I will order from Pat's again.
