Extra shipping fee of $28.81 Enjoyed the box but the hidden $28.81 duty fee didn’t make it really worth the time... I thought the $16.24 value I paid extra to ship to Canada was covering the extra shipping fee... not having to pay this addition $30

Shipping I was interested in the subscription, thought I would try a one-time purchase to see how it went. I was sent 5 lures in a loose bag . I ordered the pro package

Very disappointed Was not happy with the supplies. Definately not worth the money. Will never order again. They say they have tried to attempt to communicate bit they sent an email only willing to refund 5 out of the 26 bucks spent, to have me change my comment to a positive one. I have all emails saved.

Year subscription My husband and I ordered the year subscription for our grandson for Christmas and he only received the first box. My husband had to show our bank receipt to show we had already paid and they said they had corrected it. Our grandson has still only got his second box since last November and my husband has got no response to his email. Thank you for your response! Once the situation is resolved I will update my review. Thank you for sending my grandson his missing boxes! Looking forward to seeing what he gets next! Thank you also for sending him a t-shirt and hat!
