USWont be a customer again. Mediocre at best per my experience. Somehow my box was lost in the warehouse/usps. Took more than a month to receive. Sometimes it took a day or more to get a response. Wasnt impressed with what I got honestly. Edit- I appreciate the fact you hire those with disabilities. But, when I made it aware I wasnt happy at all, I was only offered a $5 dollar credit. Now that a review that doesnt fall the way you want it to, I now receive an offer for a $20 credit or 3 free lures? Where was that customer service when it counted? I will stick to my initial review.

USTRY WARRIOR TACKLE SUPPLY Decided to try Warrior Tackle Supply after seeing their display at an Outdoor Show. I have received my first months box and was pleasantly surprised! They upgrade all hooks on their lures which is awesome. I look forward to trying these lures I have never used before. It would be awesome if they posted a link to or had a short video on their website showing how to properly utilize the lures in the box (what rod, reel, retrieve techniques) to get the most out of the experience! Anxiously awaiting the arrival of my next box!

CAI was hoping for more lipless cranks as… I was hoping for more lipless cranks as its ice fishing season here in Canada, but I received a lot of open water stuff which wont happen for another 5-6 months. After receiving a positive reply from there friendly customer service they are sending me some free stuff. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

USWrong address I ordered this sub box as a gift for my father and wasnt able to send it to his address, even after I asked the a customer service rep to make the change. They also send the "invoice" of how much everything is valued and how much your subscription is, which for a gift is undesirable. The items in the first box seemed to be acceptable and good quality (i dont fish) but would not recommend to get this as a gift for someone unless they make changes to accommodate this better.

USI ask the lady to cancel my… I ask the lady to cancel my subscription and they keep trying to make an order for me and trying to charge my card .do not recommend this company. Yes the transaction never was completed but am glad the card got declined but it should not happen in the first place. And I told the lady to cancel for me several times for future transactions. And I got and email saying that my new subscription was coming after I already told to cancel it .And you have no right to tell me that I was not honest. Now i really do not recommend this company at all . You have been warn
