I anxiously waited for my personalized… I anxiously waited for my personalized hat only to be completely disappointed with this lousy product that you are selling.I will take the hit for buying into your scam but believe me ,I am putting the word out on your so called business. I can't read any of the printing on the hat and it's nothing like the picture on Facebook.

I recently ordered a personalized hat… I recently ordered a personalized hat and matching hoodie. The hat was perfect however the hoodie was a lot larger than expected. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send me the smaller size. Great experience. Shipping takes a little long but that is to be expected coming from overseas, so plan around it. I will be ordering again. Thanks for the great products and customer support!

Great hoodie! My husband loves it! The only thing he had a slight issue with, is the hood. He said it fit "funny", but he figures when he puts his stocking hat on under it, it will be fine. It fits him perfectly... especially if he needs to put another shirt on under. But it's not too big without layering either. It's an awesome hoodie and you won't regret ordering it!

Happy customer! The quality of the items I ordered was amazing and they were beautiful! The personalization of the items were tastefully done. The shipping time is lengthy, but plan around it. I received all of my items except 1 prior to Christmas. Customer Service is very good as well. Overall, very pleased. I will order from thus company again.

Crappie material Delivered to mail box in a little plastic beg, kind of funny the return to: is John Doe TX the only tracking I received was it was held in Compton Ca I’m sure it was made and shipped from China, something fishy with this company. Any way the graphics are far from the picture, the front face of the hat has a foam backing and since It was shipped in a plastic bag the left side of the face has a permanent crease! I could of got a foam hat at the Carnival. Not A $29.00 + shipping hat, my bad I will never pulse by from an add on FB ever again! Be careful this company uses several different names, they claim to be out of Delaware!Thank for reading Pat M
