GBTalk about lousy customer service Talk about lousy customer service. Ordered a folding foregrip 2 months ago and still haven't gotten it. Evidently they've got their phones set up so you can't call and get through. Sent an email a month ago and still no reply. Had to get credit card company involved. Worst business I've personally ever dealt with !!

GBPitiful Pitiful. The item I ordered is on backorder. They did not notify me or ever provide any information to inform me of this. My order has been (Pending) for over 5 days. Customer service phone number is not (Manned) thier words. Calling is pointless. They expect you to wait 72 hours to receive any response to your emails. Had I known any of this I would've paid twice as much to have a tracking number or any pertinent information. Just order your product direct from the product manufacturer. I did and it turns out the manufacturer is 3 hours away from my address. Don't waste your time or money!

GBTheir prices are good and quality… Their prices are good and quality products. Items shipped fast and they responded to a questions via email quickly. Only thing they could do better is provide tracking. I waited like 3 or 4 business days and never got a ship notice. Then I emailed them about status of my order, well the next day the items were delivered, so tracking and notification could be better. Would def buy from them again.

GBOrdered a front grip for a firearm Ordered a front grip for a firearm, package apparently got lost before it even left the state. I contacted MSP and both they and I did a missing mail search. A month later and still nothing. I asked MSP to either send a new one or refund my order. They refused to do either. They said I have to wait 90 days. Having to dispute the charge with my bank now. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Do not order from them.

GBThey sent wrong item-then didn't care Ordered a holster to fit a pistol with a laser-got a holster for the same gun, but WITHOUT a laser, so it obviously doesn't fit. Tried to call several times a day for a week-a recording says they're short staffed and not answering (how convenient to just ignore complaints constantly). Sent several emails-they wanted a pic as if I was lying about what I received. I sent them one, then they ignored my dozen or so emails after that. Worst company I've dealt with in over 10 years. Save your money--there are reputable business that have the same stuff they claim to have.
