GBOrder replaced To Update: I did receive my order. The product was what I expected. I now say MSP will make an order good , but maybe not as fast as you would like during a pandemic. Purchased a recoil reduction system for my Hellcat in Sept 2021. Still waiting for it, its now 3/10/2022... usps lost this but MSP has been little help. I had to give one star. I contacted MSP and was given a BS covid excuse. From my experience I cannot recommend buying from this company.

GBMagpul MS3 Sling Gen 2 Product was bought via third party vendor (Wal-Mart). Product arrived as described, on time and in proper packaging to prevent shipping damage. Checked product selection on web page, MPS offers quality equipment at reasonable prices, will buy from this company again.

GBits been 5 months since i placed my… its been 5 months since i placed my order , still haven't received it , they wont answer the phones , when i email them , i keep getting the same response , " its on back order " altho i have contacted the manufacture of the parts and they say they are shipping them the parts i ordered weekly . WORST COMPANY EVER TO ORDER FROM .

GBOrdered a front grip for a firearm Ordered a front grip for a firearm, package apparently got lost before it even left the state. I contacted MSP and both they and I did a missing mail search. A month later and still nothing. I asked MSP to either send a new one or refund my order. They refused to do either. They said I have to wait 90 days. Having to dispute the charge with my bank now. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Do not order from them.

GBDon't buy from them Don't buy from them. I purchased a shell holder and it was supposed to fit my shotgun. It doesn't and when I called them I got the story I can return it and pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping. Thier product doesn't fit eventhough they say it would in the description and 'm getting screwed great customer service. Avoid them I'm out $85 you don't have to make the same mistake.
