My experince with Clarksville Hobby… My experince with Clarksville Hobby Depot has been great. Was able to get and also order a few model that I wanted for a long at a reasonable price. Best part is now that there’s a place in town I can order from them and not from online companies.

Excellent, speedy customer service There was a mixup with my order where one cheap item got mistaken for a different one. I sent them an email about it the night after I received the package, and by the next morning, they had already sent out the correct item in a new shipment, at no cost to me. Fast shipping, too. Great customer service, and everything arrived safely!

Right products ... fast delivery. Great reliable supplier. Think the shipping cost could be a little lower for small orders but all else outstanding.

You are always my first stop You are always my first stop! Primary reason is your super fast shipping. Small touch but I love the handwritten thank yous on the receipt. My only wish is that you would offer Gundam conversion/ full resin kits and customization components like photo etch parts, Pla-Plate, and metal accessory parts.

Ordering is easy and shipment is fast Ordering is easy and shipment is fast. All products I have purchased have been first quality and package against damage is shipping. One day I’ll visit them in person at the brick and mortar location. Thanks for giving great service!
