Lots of Great products with a small shop feel. I had a small issue with an order. Support quickly fixed the issue. Not only did they fix the issue, they let me know of other items that I would like and took my info on sold out products that they said they are reordering. Did a good job of making me feeling like a real person and not just some one who’s buying stuff that they don’t care about.

Know the owner somewhat Know the owner somewhat. Cool dude. The store itself while small has probably some of the best service ive experienced with such a store specially for getting new kits like gunpla. Give CHD a go you wont regret it.

Fast shipping and Friendly Business My package arrived very fast, and I thought the little candies inside were also a nice touch. The thank you on the receipt was also sweet. I haven’t gotten to open/build my kit yet, but the item looked like it was packaged with care and I’m not anticipating any issues with it. I would order again from Clarksville Hobby Depot and will hopefully have more orders in the near future!

Right products ... fast delivery. Great reliable supplier. Think the shipping cost could be a little lower for small orders but all else outstanding.

Great store to order for hobby related stuff! They have packaged my orders very well and took the extra effort in boxing the paint jars. Even wrote a small thank you message on the invoice, which I think is very awesome!
