quick and easy quick and easy to use and with all receipts needed I would recommend Pond5 to those who need to get on with a project and knowing their sound effects are 100% legit

Needed some wildfire video and music Needed some wildfire video and wilderness music for a doc I was making, scored both in short order...great tracks right off the bat!

Financially fine, ethically not Pond5 teamed up with generative ai databases without explicit consent from their artists. I do not trust them as a business. Their financial practices have been fine, but I cannot trust a marketplace for artists that will team up with genAI projects without prior consent from the artists on the platform.

Thanks for the clips Thanks for the clips. I don't mind paying for them. But I do mind being shoe-horned into an unending subscription. I think that if you want a subscription, you should be given that opportunity, not forced into one. You may think it's good for you, but it's bad business.

Good quality and big selection. I use the site to purchase sound effects for use in high school productions. I don't mind paying a little for the quality you provide and to ensure everything is above board. There is a nice range of sound effects to choose from and I always find something really good.
