It's a first that I see a shop that actually listens and care deeply about our feedback. They are warm and understanding. I started collecting their plushies when someone gifted me one. The plushie is made from high quality material and the fur feels very nice. It looks exactly like the drawing, matching every details. Customized plush also came with gift packaging as well as some free gifts. The process may take a while but highly worth the wait.
