Trustworthy and good quality. I have bought 4 Plushies through PlushShop and each of them are exactly like the picture (and some of them are better in person!) and plan to buy more! All the plushies are great quality and if you get the gift packaging like I did; you can tell they definitely packed it with care. Customer service is amazing and the only time I had to contact them (for a small delay, nothing serious) they were very courteous and quick to answer to solve the issue. I have even bought other merch from this site with no issue.

This shop is the best! This shop is the best! I found this shop while scrolling randomly on YouTube short(don't judge) and I fell in love with these product. My first one was Furina meow which took a while bcs of pre-order and now I have bennett meow whos adorable, neuvillette meow(who did have a problem with the embroidery but I'm getting a new one) along with the 32 scara(same thing with neuvi but getting new one) and now I have Beidoi(pre order) both baby diluc and Kaeya on the way along with Xiao which my friend is gonna get me :)

Plushie arrived about 3 weeks after… Plushie arrived about 3 weeks after ordering, which is fine if you know it is coming from China. However, the advertising suggests 'based in the UK' which makes you think it will come sooner when you shop. Also there is a small hole in the Plushie I ordered, I'm not fussed as it was cheap so I will sew it, but worth considering for those who have higher standards.

It's a first that I see a shop that actually listens and care deeply about our feedback. They are warm and understanding. I started collecting their plushies when someone gifted me one. Now I am a proud owner of over a dozen plushies and there are more to come. I really want to see this shop flourish and grows bigger than it is right now!
