I haven’t received my order and it’s… I haven’t received my order and it’s been 2 months

I have ordered 4 meows!! AMAZING I have ordered 4 meows, Beidou (pre order so I can’t review), Diluc, Kaeya and Miko! And I cannot express the quality and softness of these plushies and the size, the value for money is great and I cannot wait to buy more. When items are in stock the turn around to have them shipped and delivered is rapid. My Diluc and Kaeya arrived within a week, shipping after 2 days. People sometimes complain about the preorder time but preorders are slow for a reason, if you have an issue with wait times I’d 100% reccomend waiting until the plush you want is in stock! Customer service is also really good, they are quite quick, bar time zone differences and usually very helpful, sometimes there is a language barrier but honestly it hasn’t effected me.

High quality customized plush Just recieved a customized plush and the quality and the accuracy of the details is highly impressive. The plushie is made from high quality material and the fur feels very nice. It looks exactly like the drawing, matching every details. Customized plush also came with gift packaging as well as some free gifts. The process may take a while but highly worth the wait.

Plushie arrived about 3 weeks after… Plushie arrived about 3 weeks after ordering, which is fine if you know it is coming from China. However, the advertising suggests 'based in the UK' which makes you think it will come sooner when you shop. Also there is a small hole in the Plushie I ordered, I'm not fussed as it was cheap so I will sew it, but worth considering for those who have higher standards.

Best Plush Shop Ever!! Best Plush Shop Ever!! I am not a plushie person, but I became one after I got one from this shop. It's a first that I see a shop that actually listens and care deeply about our feedback. They are warm and understanding. I started collecting their plushies when someone gifted me one. Now I am a proud owner of over a dozen plushies and there are more to come. I really want to see this shop flourish and grows bigger than it is right now!
