GBPlushie arrived about 3 weeks after… Plushie arrived about 3 weeks after ordering, which is fine if you know it is coming from China. However, the advertising suggests 'based in the UK' which makes you think it will come sooner when you shop. Also there is a small hole in the Plushie I ordered, I'm not fussed as it was cheap so I will sew it, but worth considering for those who have higher standards.

CAHigh quality customized plush Just recieved a customized plush and the quality and the accuracy of the details is highly impressive. The plushie is made from high quality material and the fur feels very nice. It looks exactly like the drawing, matching every details. Customized plush also came with gift packaging as well as some free gifts. The process may take a while but highly worth the wait.

GBTrustworthy and good quality. I have bought 4 Plushies through PlushShop and each of them are exactly like the picture (and some of them are better in person!) and plan to buy more! All the plushies are great quality and if you get the gift packaging like I did; you can tell they definitely packed it with care. Customer service is amazing and the only time I had to contact them (for a small delay, nothing serious) they were very courteous and quick to answer to solve the issue. I have even bought other merch from this site with no issue.

GBwandermeow coming home!! wandermeow has came home! took awhile but due to how I ordered him during the holidays that’s why it took him longer then it’s estimated, he’s so fluffy and way bigger then expected love him so much thank you plushshop! (I also got a kazuha tote bag!)

CNThe shop is amazing but the community (fans) are horrible The shop is amazing. The workers, support service are very kind, friendly and generous and feel like your family or a friend and that you're like a part of them. If you've received an item with an issue you can always contact them about it and they'll try to find a solution for you and you can always ask them about anything. The only thing sometimes is sad that they don't warn about some things that they've changed. For example, you see a plush you want to buy and expect it to be exactly like on the photo but it came with a different fabric or anything bc they just changed it. So you need to be very observant when ordering something. And sometimes I wish they hadn't changed anything at all and everything was stable. Because the very first and old batches were the best. All the rest is just perfect 🥰 But the community (fans) is just horrible and I'm not exaggerating. Most people are ungrateful, evil, cynical, hypocritical, ready to literally bite out anyone's throat and destroy if something goes wrong the way they like. They can't pass by and ignore it. They can call their friends and harass you, on any site of the store. In discord, it's generally a separate story, many people have already left from there because of all this. And there are a lot of people sucking up. I can't imagine how the poor store handles all of them, but I suspect that it doesn't even know about most of what's going on on the server. The community is toxic. So be careful. Better to not interact with anyone and if you want to ask anything - go straight to support service and ask the official employees.
