The plushies are super fluffy and detailed. You need to fluff them up a bit since they ship in vacuum but it‘s easy and then you can start the cuddles or display these adorable Cats. Pre Orders will take some while but they announce that in the description. When shipped, my order always arrived within 8-14 days and I never had any extra costs. I love this shop <3

Trustworthy and good quality. I have bought 4 Plushies through PlushShop and each of them are exactly like the picture (and some of them are better in person!) and plan to buy more! All the plushies are great quality and if you get the gift packaging like I did; you can tell they definitely packed it with care. Customer service is amazing and the only time I had to contact them (for a small delay, nothing serious) they were very courteous and quick to answer to solve the issue. I have even bought other merch from this site with no issue.

I have ordered 4 meows!! AMAZING I have ordered 4 meows, Beidou (pre order so I can’t review), Diluc, Kaeya and Miko! And I cannot express the quality and softness of these plushies and the size, the value for money is great and I cannot wait to buy more. When items are in stock the turn around to have them shipped and delivered is rapid. My Diluc and Kaeya arrived within a week, shipping after 2 days. People sometimes complain about the preorder time but preorders are slow for a reason, if you have an issue with wait times I’d 100% reccomend waiting until the plush you want is in stock! Customer service is also really good, they are quite quick, bar time zone differences and usually very helpful, sometimes there is a language barrier but honestly it hasn’t effected me.
