Easy and convenient I wanted to clear clutter from my book shelves and I do not like to throw anything in the trash that can be of use to someone else. So, searched for donation options and found sell back your books website. Why not earn a few dollars from unwanted text books, or even just send it somewhere that could recycle them for me. I wasn’t looking to make a ton of money, so any amount was suitable to me. Also, didn’t cost me anything to ship them out. Used a box and newspaper I already had and FedEx taped the box closed. I sent in a perfectly good textbook… I sent in a perfectly good textbook that I had purchased brand new one year prior. It had no highlighting in it, or torn pages. It was in perfect condition. I received an email saying it was not usable and it would be recycled. No further explanation was given. No pictures Were provided. The book was not returned and no money was received. I will not be using your service again
