Feels like a neighborhood store. Site is easy to navigate, prices are fair in comparison to other businesses. When you enter the site, it seems as friendly as entering a neighborhood store. Has what I needed.

No reason to use anyone else. I've used Cyberweld for a couple of years now ever since I took over running our shop. Ordering from Cyberweld is easy, and generally they have everything I need. Occaisionally, some items have been out of stock, but with todays supply chain issues that is understandable. I have on several occaisions talked with customer service and found them to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are fair and competitive. I see no reason to use anyone else for my welding supply needs.

Fantastic prices and service Here's the first thing, I'm real cheap and I never pay for shipping, so I shopped around looking at several other sites and Cyberweld had the best prices for the items I wanted, by far, and they had free shipping on orders over $50 bucks. I placed my order on a Friday around 10am, I hoped to get it by the middle of the next week, well, I'm sitting there on Sunday, getting ready to watch football and here comes the FedEx guy with my order, on SUNDAY!!!, like 48 hours after I ordered it!!!!...I was really impressed by that...I give Cyberweld 5 stars on price and 5 stars on service, I will certainly use them again...Thank You Cyberweld, you have a new customer...
