Professional, easy, cheap, and nearly perfect except for... I've changed my review from a 2 to 4 stars because of miscommunication. After a week from ordering I thought I never got a confirmation email but Cyberweld quickly responded via the original review and told me to check my spam folder and there it was. A very professional and helpful response. I purchased a Smith Little Torch with a few accessories and saved nearly $50 buying at Cyberweld than jewelry companies for the same product, which is phenomenal. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the shipping. The shipping itself only took a few days which is great, but my order was in the warehouse for a full week before being shipped out which is a little ridiculous in my opinion (ordered 1/31/23 and shipped out on 2/07/23).
