Great experience My experience was amazing, I got my reward without any hassle and didn’t take as long as I thought it would take.

This is a Scam… I tried to use my $100 gift card at Walmart and it declined multiple times. After checking the balance, it went from a $100 to $0 balance, and I hadn’t even used the card. I provided the Walmart receipt showing the declined transactions from the $100 gift card, along with my Bank statements from the card that i had to use in place of the declined $100 gift card their customer service through email/voicemail. I was contacted by one the gift card customer service reps and told that I was not able to be issued a refund and that from their side it shows a transaction was processed even though I had two forms of proof that it did not. This goes to show that this is a scam, so please do not waste your time doing it.

The customer service department was always helpful, and I was in contact with them quite a bit at first, as I tend to second guess myself and just wanted to confirm I was on the right track. I will say that there are some customer service reps that are a lot more friendly than others, and they are the ones I found would go that extra step when providing answers to questions or potential issues. I received my reward in the form of a $100 visa, within the timeline I was given. All-in-all, I would recommend participating in Flash Rewards. I plan on participating again in the future.
