I will say that there are some customer service reps that are a lot more friendly than others, and they are the ones I found would go that extra step when providing answers to questions or potential issues. I received my reward in the form of a $100 visa, within the timeline I was given. All-in-all, I would recommend participating in Flash Rewards. I plan on participating again in the future.
