Need Help
GBPaid for shoes, never received them, no help I placed an order on Feb 23rd. I never received it. I reached out twice with nothing other than an automated response that they'll get back to me within 3-5 business days. I still haven't received a response or acknowledgement that I'm missing my order or a refund. It'll be two months since placing the order in two days. I will be sending another email today because they don't give out their phone number to call if anyone has a problem. Just be aware that if your order doesn't go smoothly, you'll have a hard time getting someone to help you.

GBHaven't received my order I placed 2 orders last month on 3/17 and on 3/19. Haven't received either shoe and the pair that I ordered on 3/19 shipped and has been sitting on Brooklyn since the 4th of April. And has not been any movement since. My other order that I ordered on the on 3/17 hasn't even moved at all. These two pair of shoes combined is more than 600 dollars I think it's a lil ridiculous that there is no movement at all after almost a month ago I placed these orders
