Paid for shoes, never received them, no help I placed an order on Feb 23rd. I never received it. I reached out twice with nothing other than an automated response that they'll get back to me within 3-5 business days. I still haven't received a response or acknowledgement that I'm missing my order or a refund. It'll be two months since placing the order in two days. I will be sending another email today because they don't give out their phone number to call if anyone has a problem. Just be aware that if your order doesn't go smoothly, you'll have a hard time getting someone to help you.
