GBHigh price, good concept and design, poor finish and poor quality packaging. I am really struggling to get what I have paid for, the price of these items is high, they promise quality but so far I have found the sabres to be of low quality. Issues so far: Poor standard of packaging leading to both sabres being damaged during transit, screw threads on handles damaged very easily, one sabre is no longer usable, this was found within the first day, replacement handles (cases only) delivered again with sub-standard packaging, replacement handles only delivered, so the company is expecting me to carry out the actual repair. The only reason I have not rated 1-star is due to the 'okay' communication from the complaints team, although, as of this morning they have not responded to my latest email (36+hrs).

CAOverall amazing experience Overall amazing experience. Only thing I could possibly recommend is separate photos displaying the RGB vs Xenopixel, just so buyers get an idea of the visual difference before purchase. Cheers!

GBStill waiting on reply to a simple question.. The saber is very nice. Works great! I called and left a message, as well as sending an email. It took awhile to get a reply. I'm still waiting on an answer to a simple question. I worry about future support for the yearlong warranty.

GBThe quality of the saber is very good… The quality of the saber is very good but I am disappointed because the blade plug was different then pictured and the one it came with broke the first time.
