Overall good experience Overall good experience. Product was as advertised. Maybe the shipping process could have been a little bit shorter, but we do live overseas, so that must be taken into consideration.

Still waiting on reply to a simple question.. The saber is very nice. Works great! I called and left a message, as well as sending an email. It took awhile to get a reply. I'm still waiting on an answer to a simple question. I worry about future support for the yearlong warranty.
