Misleading info on purchasing terms/ price The website says the dolls are sold free of tax and shipping. But they initially charged me an additional $300 for shipping. Since they advertise free shipping I was able to negotiate half the shipping charges and a reduced declared value for customs purposes. When the customs wanted an invoice, Zlovedoll did not provide with an invoice reflecting the declared value. I had to surrender the invoice for the full amount. I ended up having to pay (sales) tax on both the product AND shipping. So much for free shipping and no tax.

I would recommend this company without hesitation. With so many companies to choose from and not knowing which company is the best I got lucky and picked a winner.
