No response from this company I paid extra for expedited shipping in 5 to 7 days but it has been 7 days and I have not even received notice that my order has been processed. I have been unable to send emails to the company and they do not answer the phone. I am very anxious that I have been ripped off. The company has not contacted me yet.

The eyes, hands, and breasts are particularly well done. I would have given it 5 starts if my doll hadn't been delivered 30% heavier than the weight stated on the site. If weight is important to you, verify the doll's weight before placing your order. The manufacturer never offered to fix the problem. Also, you may prefer a TPE model, they're softer, more flexible, and cheaper. Update, over a month later they are still grossly misclaiming how much they can reduce a doll's weight and their current price is misleading, so I've reduced them to three stars.
