GBOrdered on 9 Feb and arrived 30 April… Ordered on 9 Feb and arrived 30 April longer than expected due to Chinese New Year holiday and sea transportation. The seller could advise customers of transportation details in advance to alleviate any anxiety. I had to request this information, but could then track the vessel's progress. The delivery courier (UPS) only advised on the day of delivery so as a night shift worker I was asleep when the package arrived at 14:30 and only discovered it had been left on doorstep when I went to work at 21:15. Despite these issues I have given 5 stars for service because this was my first order and I now know what to expect and what to ask for in future.

GBNo response from this company I paid extra for expedited shipping in 5 to 7 days but it has been 7 days and I have not even received notice that my order has been processed. I have been unable to send emails to the company and they do not answer the phone. I am very anxious that I have been ripped off. The company has not contacted me yet.

GBYou don't give much options on your… You don't give much options on your website . When it comes to purchasing different options you want for your doll. Your browser threw me off , when I was trying to choose evo skeleton option. Your doll options for body parts is very confusing 😕. And where is a 1-800 number for any questions 🤔?.
