GBHorrible customer service The buyers and sellers on the site are fantastic, customer service/support is a different story. I placed an order with the referral credit they give you and the order got canceled. I did not get that credit back as I should have. When I placed my next order, my card got charged. I contacted support to find out about the credit/charge. I was told they gave it back to me, but they will not show me the proof I requested and the charge is still on my card. After that, they have been nonresponsive to any follow up. Extremely disappointed in what was originally a great experience.

GBit has mostly been a great experience… it has mostly been a great experience so far. A couple of issues outside of whatnot direct control have been a bit of a pain but all things worked themselves out in the end so far. all in all going to keep on whatnot

GBI highly recommend Whatnot if you love… I highly recommend Whatnot if you love the thrill of getting a second-hand item or have a love for vintage items. Whatnot’s future is bright, with many sellers coming on to the app every day to give a great experience for every first-time buyer. @erisee

GBI wouldn’t trust you’d never get your… I wouldn’t trust you’d never get your item it’s the perfect scheme for scammers your item if it does come it takes years to come the app just crashes glitches the site staff are rude and don’t care and there’s no money back guaranteed
