it has mostly been a great experience… it has mostly been a great experience so far. A couple of issues outside of whatnot direct control have been a bit of a pain but all things worked themselves out in the end so far. all in all going to keep on whatnot

Horrible customer service The buyers and sellers on the site are fantastic, customer service/support is a different story. I placed an order with the referral credit they give you and the order got canceled. I did not get that credit back as I should have. When I placed my next order, my card got charged. I contacted support to find out about the credit/charge. I was told they gave it back to me, but they will not show me the proof I requested and the charge is still on my card. After that, they have been nonresponsive to any follow up. Extremely disappointed in what was originally a great experience.

So many different sellers and giveaways… So many different sellers and giveaways too!!! Priced at affordable prices, know need to go out in the hustle and bustle to shop. Buy by watching live videos from your home and the seller sends it to your door. I’m hooked 😃
