CAScam company, proven track record of never shipping items. This company is a scam plain and simple. After 4 months (order placed in January) the order still isn’t processed, more and more delays, no tracking or shipment proof sent. So I initiated a chargeback through Paypal after getting no reply from support. They DEACTIVATED my Boxed account. Not locked. DEACTIVATED and removed any purchase history, and I was informed my order would no longer ship. Stay far far away. EDIT: Hilarious. They challenged the legitimacy of my review (seem to be flagging and challenging 1-star reviews) - however if you scroll back to their very first review it's a 5-star fake review from Landon Panos - who's an employee of Loot Labs/Boxed.GG (go check him out on LinkedIn!) Clearly the company isn't above writing fake positive reviews and encourages employees to do so. (Landon has since deleted his fake review. Too funny. Take a look at the influx of 5 star reviews by "customer" - all with 1 review) It looks like they've had no choice but to reply to my review since they were unable to prove it was a false review. Unfortunately the information provided by them is completely made up. Milan Harris (CEO) is some 23 year old kid, who already had a company called TCG Royale - who, get this - ALSO had difficulty fulfilling shipment orders. It's taken him three years to go through how many fulfillment companies? Always the same script. Go take a look at TCG Royale's shipping page, and negative Facebook reviews. He stormed into a Reddit thread full of similar stories about items not received, and tried to save his company. He lied in the comments to multiple people, and finally came clean when we found out that he owned TCG Royale, which also had a history of never shipping items and similar complaints. He then went on to doxx me in the comments - which thankfully the mods removed for my personal safety. This is a company CEO who handles sensitive customer and financial data, and he doxxed a customer. Let that sink in, folks. Boxed GG and affiliated companies with Loot Labs Inc are a waste of your time and money, and absolutely a scam.

CAProcessing times are excessively long Processing times are excessive! Placed a withdrawal on February 12th with the expectation that my order would be shipped by the end of March (which seems very long to start with). Now it’s delayed until the end of April! Very discouraging and seems as if I won’t ever get the cards and I’ve spent quite a bit on this site. 2 and a half months is horrendous for just processing.

GBA true blue scam Absolute scam through and through. I'm close to 4 months of not getting my cards. Don't even bother messaging them about it, they'll give you the same excuse every time. It seemed really cool at first, I was really hopeful and even spent over $500 on it. I reached out to them about it and was told they don't do refunds but they'll give me diamonds in exchange for the card cancelation, so I can wait even freaking longer for a different set of cards like that's supposed to suffice. I see all these ads they are posting, paying people out to push their services, adding new categories etc. I find it funny they can pay for all that but can't be bothered to get it together enough to actually ship people the stuff they paid for. Look at their own ads, you'll see a slew of people all complaining about not getting their cards....that's if boxed gg doesn't delete them first. Don't waste your time or you'll end up in the same position as everyone else who trusted them.

CAUntrustworthy, doubting its legitimacy. I have been waiting 3 MONTHS for my withdrawal. I got an email after a month stating they were shipping out the withdrawal in February. Feb is gone, and the order is still "processing". They're delayed because they're 'managing their inventory to be in-house', which was not stated anywhere when I made a $450 purchase for gems. Instead of shipping my cards, they're still actively adding new boxes to their site and trying to push you into buying more. Wow. I have heard nothing else from support. The only compensation I got was 30% of my withdrawal gem-worth, but I don't want that - I have to pay 10$+ for each 15 card withdrawal so it's just getting me to spend more. I'm also not going to be able to withdraw anything more anyway if this isn't real? Real or not, their service is to provide a fun way to put digital products right into your hand. And since there is nothing in my hand, this is a disappointment and possibly a scam.

GBGreat way to scratch the cardboard itch Gave this site a shot not expecting much, but I've been blown away by the passion of the Boxed team! Box odds are transparent, the box spinning animations are satisfying, the exchange feature makes sure you take home cards that are good for you, and the cards are shipped through the reputable TCGPlayer. The team is constantly putting out new boxes and features to improve the site as well! Do note, as with all gambling, you will likely lose some of your money for the experience (house always wins, after all). But, if you're the kind of magic player who needs to crack a pack or two every once in a while, this is the place to do it, with better odds of scoring a big win and chaff that's far easier to trade up into something playable. Thank you Boxed, keep up the awesome service :)
