Untrustworthy, doubting its legitimacy. I have been waiting 3 MONTHS for my withdrawal. I got an email after a month stating they were shipping out the withdrawal in February. Feb is gone, and the order is still "processing". They're delayed because they're 'managing their inventory to be in-house', which was not stated anywhere when I made a $450 purchase for gems. Instead of shipping my cards, they're still actively adding new boxes to their site and trying to push you into buying more. Wow. I have heard nothing else from support. The only compensation I got was 30% of my withdrawal gem-worth, but I don't want that - I have to pay 10$+ for each 15 card withdrawal so it's just getting me to spend more. I'm also not going to be able to withdraw anything more anyway if this isn't real? Real or not, their service is to provide a fun way to put digital products right into your hand. And since there is nothing in my hand, this is a disappointment and possibly a scam.

Honestly don't waste your money Honestly don't waste your money. I 'won' some items on the 19/01/2024 and we are now more than 2 months after this point and they haven't sent any items out it just still says processing. It's a shocking system as if you are buying direct from them they post out in 2-5 days allegedly. I've now had to raise chargebacks due to them not giving me my items.

My second review Honestly, my favorite part about the site is the constant improvement. I like how they’ve taken the feedback about stock and other features and actually fixed / implemented them. I look forward to giving my luck a go every couple months 👍🏼

Box selection galore The box selections are nice and plentiful. I think the shipping should be less if you buy from higher priced boxes. If a roll only cost a few hundred coins then I understand the shipping fee. If I’m spending a couple thousand coins for one roll, then the shipping fee could be comped as incentive.

Boxed.gg is amazing! Boxed is a great way to finally get good hits without the bulk. I received three shipments of cards from them all mostly in great condition! They are also constantly improving their site and adding great features!! Anytime I have had something I dislike happen, the Boxed team gets back to me fairly quickly and helps to support me.
