Placed a withdrawal on February 12th with the expectation that my order would be shipped by the end of March (which seems very long to start with). Now it’s delayed until the end of April! Very discouraging and seems as if I won’t ever get the cards and I’ve spent quite a bit on this site. 2 and a half months is horrendous for just processing.

The awsome pulls you get The awsome pulls you get, when you open a box. The cool thing's is you get cards that are very hard to pull from packs. Would recommend site to outher card collector's. The only thing is I wish you could earn gems, instead of buying them. Or maybe have it where it's half and half. Buying them, aswell as earning them. Looking forward to opening more boxes, what a unique experience, as well as site.

Fun to use but still some issues I've enjoyed using this platform. The only thing I would say is they should protect their shipments better. I was lucky enough to get a moonbreon which is a $500+ card and it was sent in the same sleeve back to back with another card within a top loader. There's no extra protection and it was in a bubble envelope. A card of that value should be shipped much different. I was lucky it came un.

Boxed.gg is amazing! Boxed is a great way to finally get good hits without the bulk. I received three shipments of cards from them all mostly in great condition! They are also constantly improving their site and adding great features!! Anytime I have had something I dislike happen, the Boxed team gets back to me fairly quickly and helps to support me.

Untrustworthy, doubting its legitimacy. I have been waiting 3 MONTHS for my withdrawal. I got an email after a month stating they were shipping out the withdrawal in February. Feb is gone, and the order is still "processing". They're delayed because they're 'managing their inventory to be in-house', which was not stated anywhere when I made a $450 purchase for gems. Instead of shipping my cards, they're still actively adding new boxes to their site and trying to push you into buying more. Wow. I have heard nothing else from support. The only compensation I got was 30% of my withdrawal gem-worth, but I don't want that - I have to pay 10$+ for each 15 card withdrawal so it's just getting me to spend more. I'm also not going to be able to withdraw anything more anyway if this isn't real? Real or not, their service is to provide a fun way to put digital products right into your hand. And since there is nothing in my hand, this is a disappointment and possibly a scam.
