GBI would give negative -10 if possible! Unhelpful to the core! I would give negative 10 if possible! Terrible Customer Service... They created a mess for us not registering our work with BMI like they agreed too... I Have missed out on royalties because of it and they have not been helpful in resolving this issue that has now gone on for years ... It has taken approximately 6 months just for them to reply to an email.. then another 6 months for another unhelpful reply.. Would not recommend

GBNew to me. I’m just getting started in something that is totally unfamiliar with anything. I’ve done before. I have a buddy helping me do this, so I must confer with him on how to go about writing this review. So far, I appreciate CDBaby for the acceptance of my music and the distribution of it. DEAbsolutely the worst Absolutely the worst, stay away people! I released music through them almost a decade ago and to this day I’m trying to get all their mistakes sorted myself. On YouTube, Spotify just everywhere my music was mixed up on other channels. To get the music on my channel seems to be impossible which it shouldn’t be. On Spotify it’s still not on my account. On you tube either and their last suggestion was to delete all my content off of YouTube so they can maybe put my music onto my channel. I own the rights and it’s just absolutely ridiculous!! Oh they reply after 6 months and sometimes a year so yeah don’t bother!!

GBCDbaby the Original I trust CDbaby because they are the first to support independent musicians online. I had a co-worker who was an artist a long time ago & I purchased his cd online. CDbaby was the only place I could do that at the time. Now releasing music myself, I’ve experienced how they support artists with podcasts, blogs, videos & much more. I also like that there’s no annual fees on submissions & the process is simple.

GBCD Baby - Awesome! For someone who doesn’t upload more than about 12+ separate titles per year, every year, FOREVER, CD Baby should ALWAYS be the way to go! The pricing is fair, the support is decent and there’s no limit to your amount of artists! For someone who’d rather have no recurring payments, THIS is the music distribution service for me!
