Total scammers Total scammers. Don’t expect to earn any money and fully expect them to remove your music from all platforms with no explanation. Absolute scammer!

CDBaby used to be good when you could… CDBaby used to be good when you could reach a live person, but like so many of these online companies they are all about getting your money and letting bots do the work. Well, the bots cannot fix the issue I am having and I have found absolutely no way to get a person to help even by email so I am stuck while they collect millions and I get trickles of pennies per song. I just released more music, paid for all of their services and they are failing to live up to what they say they can do like create a YouTube Artist Channel. If a customer has an issue and there is a glitch and you've already paid them as your distributor you are screwed. I am beyond frustrated right now with the ghosting. Since they refuse to make a way to fulfill their proclaimed services there should be a class action lawsuit against them. I hate to write this, but you know there needs to be accountability with these greedy online bot wielding ghosting companies!

They created a mess for us not registering our work with BMI like they agreed too... I Have missed out on royalties because of it and they have not been helpful in resolving this issue that has now gone on for years ... It has taken approximately 6 months just for them to reply to an email.. then another 6 months for another unhelpful reply.. Would not recommend

New to me. I’m just getting started in something that is totally unfamiliar with anything. I’ve done before. I have a buddy helping me do this, so I must confer with him on how to go about writing this review. So far, I appreciate CDBaby for the acceptance of my music and the distribution of it. Customer Service was/is fantastic Customer Service was/is fantastic. Caring, attentive beyond helpful. Product design was a great partner artistically and very patient. Total package is 100% gold star. I'll be back again. Chris Plunkett
