GBMy experience with CD Baby has been perfect My experience with CD Baby has been perfect. I made a couple of "mistakes" in setting up my account and there was no negative vibe whatsoever. My emails were addressed, answered promptly and the issue resolved. The Hearnow page is beautiful and easy to edit just the way you would want it. The dash board is very precise too, this is well thought out and one more thing........ it is not a requirement that you have a mobile phone to have an account which I find refreshing. Seems to me CD Baby's only requirement is to simply love music.

Given this process entails many steps that would have been entire businesses in the past, this is remarkable. The support videos are excellent - exactly the type of hand holding I needed by first time. And the options available after that help illuminate all the things I did not know I needed.

CDbaby was the only place I could do that at the time. Now releasing music myself, I’ve experienced how they support artists with podcasts, blogs, videos & much more. I also like that there’s no annual fees on submissions & the process is simple.

GBEff CD Baby My experience with CD baby was so infuriating. I've been trying to put out a project for more than a month. They kept messing it up and telling me to edit the project, which couldn't be edited. I reached out more than 10 times, submitted tickets, sent emails, I can't get in touch with them. There is no customer service line and I'm going to have to use a different distributor. I'm so angry it's been such a struggle - I hate them please don't use CD baby they suck.
