great parts great customer service I had asked them to verify my purchase that the part would fit my furnace, they not only contacted me and made me aware that one of the parts where ordered incorrect but then help me find the right part that was slightly more expensive but did not charge me any more. Great customer service, in an industry that is starved from good customer service this is a nice eye opener. Good product, fast shipping exactly what I ordered, received it within a week! This is a edited review because I thought I was reviewing rv parts nation and they suck, but I'd gladly do business with American rv company again.

American RV has been most helpful getting the right parts for my RV. Kevin McDonald has gone out of his way helping me source the correct parts for my furnace. I tried ordering them myself online and ended up with the wrong parts, by the time I tried installing the parts they were unreturnable. Thank you Kevin for taking the time helping me order the correct parts!

Friendly, helpful, polite, patient customer service people The whole experience was great. The customer service person was really helpful and polite. Listened and was able to home in on the part that I needed to repair our RV water heater. The part was delivered a little slower than what I liked due to the weekend but under a normal time frame would have been delivered more timely.
