Norcold drip tray replacement Neede to replace the interior drip tray for our Norcold 2 door frige. Ordering was very easy on the web site and part arrived sooner than anticipated. New part is working well.

Friendly, helpful, polite, patient customer service people The whole experience was great. The customer service person was really helpful and polite. Listened and was able to home in on the part that I needed to repair our RV water heater. The part was delivered a little slower than what I liked due to the weekend but under a normal time frame would have been delivered more timely.

Just what I needed at cheapest price! My converter/charger died! Then not knowin the problem, my battery died! NO LIGHTS, chirping propane monitor and a cranky fridge....not good! Locally I could have bought my part and paid nearly THREE TIMES MORE, but found it here exact same unit brand new and bench tested for quality, at a third of the price! Shipping was free, so I didn't even have to go pick it up! Three days and 30 minutes of installation and.....PRESTO, I got lights no chirps and a happy refrigerator! Fast Delivery We had a water problem & ordered a needed part paying for 2 day delivery unaware that the part was not kept in inventory. We called to check on delivery & found it would take up to 3-4 days for them to get the part. I explained our situation & was told they would see what they could do for us. Although it took longer than the 2 days we thought we would receive the part in, we received it in 3 days. We were very pleased & would definitely do business with American RV again.
