GBFantastic as usual I recently got a Zero Tolerance 0308BLKTS Framelock Flipper Tiger Stripe from KnifeArt...I think this is my 7th knife from KnifeArt, and as with every other time, am totally happy [I’ve given several as gifts). I love ZT knives, and this is probably now my favorite. KnifeArt is always surprisingly fast, seemingly quicker than any other company who sells online (rhymes with cramagonn), and they have fantastic customer service. If you want a knife, buy from KnifeArt. It’s as simple as that.

GBAs Fast as the Blade is Sharp! This was my first experience with Knife Art, and it was a great experience. I was recommended here by a friend, and I can understand why they choose to shop here. CAMy White River Firecraft 3.5 Magnacut… My White River Firecraft 3.5 Magnacut was shipped up to me in Canada extremely fast. I had it within a few days. I don't usually online shop across the border because of the extra possible hassles with customs, but this experience was good. You do pay a premium for that FedEx international shipping, but you get what you pay for. I'll definitely shop with Knifeart again in the future if they have an exclusive I want like this one.

GBI accidentally entered the wrong… I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and needed the shipper (Knife Art) to call FedEx and correct the address. I called in and spoke to Rodney directly. He was great! Quick response, no hassle, excellent customer service. The knife arrived a few days later and all was perfect. Happy to do business with Knife Art!

GBFantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! I received a notification from the postal service that the item had been delivered an hour before when it never arrived to our house. I sent this company an email just to inform them of the situation. Literally 20 minutes after I sent the email they were calling me to give me pointers on what to do next. Turns out the package was delivered next door so it all turned well. This company should educate other companies on the true meaning of exceptional customer service! I’m Very impressed. Thanks guys!
