I don't usually online shop across the border because of the extra possible hassles with customs, but this experience was good. You do pay a premium for that FedEx international shipping, but you get what you pay for. I'll definitely shop with Knifeart again in the future if they have an exclusive I want like this one.

The fit, finish, and feel of this knife are superb - it has far exceeded my expectations, and is right up there with the best in my collection. Dealing with Knife Art was, as usual, flawless. Great Customer Service I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with knifeart.com stood out. I ordered a Benchmade pocket knife as a gift for my sister and was instead shipped a belt accessory within minutes of emailing their customer service department I was told they would be shipping me the correct product. And shortly after I received new shipping confirmation. I have now received the correct product and could not be more happy with how the handled/resolved my issue.

Fantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! I received a notification from the postal service that the item had been delivered an hour before when it never arrived to our house. I sent this company an email just to inform them of the situation. Literally 20 minutes after I sent the email they were calling me to give me pointers on what to do next. Turns out the package was delivered next door so it all turned well. This company should educate other companies on the true meaning of exceptional customer service! I’m Very impressed. Thanks guys!
