GBExcellent buying experience. Would highly recommend. Excellent buying experience. Knife arrived when promised. The carrier didn't drop the ball. The White River knife was exactly what I expected. The sheath was well designed and quite versatile allowing right or left side carry, even slung around the neck. Fit and finish are excellent and it arrived well sharpened. It fit well in my hand and the texture of the grip makes it non-slip.

MXFirst purchase, worth it Awesome customer experience the knife was travelling outside the US and it did arrive super fast! The knife itself is gorgeous, I picked the small Sebenza Insingo with the exclusive carbon fibre. Superb quality, super lightweight, great bead ! Nothing I was not expecting nothing less, well I think that if that knife could be improved I wonder if both scales could be in carbon fibre and or double thumb studs.

GBPurchased another Spartan Blades/Harsey… Purchased another Spartan Blades/Harsey folder from KnifeArt. This time with a 3.25” Damascus blade also from Chad Nichols’ forge. Unfortunately there was a flaw in the blade that I suspect was due to something that happened during the acid bath or when the blade was being shaped at Spartan Blades. It never should have left Chad Nichols Forge, Spartan or KnifeArt if a QC inspector had looked closely…it was extremely obvious to the naked eye…not what you expect in a $515.00 custom knife. That said, I immediately called KnifeArt who emailed exchange/refund instruction to me within minutes of our conversation. I FedEx’d the knife back to them for exchange, and the replacement is already on the way…they shipped it the same day the defective knife arrived at their facility. Bottomline, excellent CS…no whining or playing 20 questions with me. As for QC (KnifeArt touts a “curated” collection available for sale), it’s on Nichols, Spartan and/or KnifeArt to figure out what went wrong. I’ll still buy from KnifeArt and/or Spartan again.

GBGreat Customer Service I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with knifeart.com stood out. I ordered a Benchmade pocket knife as a gift for my sister and was instead shipped a belt accessory within minutes of emailing their customer service department I was told they would be shipping me the correct product. And shortly after I received new shipping confirmation. I have now received the correct product and could not be more happy with how the handled/resolved my issue.
