Very transparent (the amount they would pay was listed at the top of their webpage, updated throughout the day) and that was exactly what they paid me for my coins...no hidden fees. Setting an appointment was easy (I chose to do so via email), and when I had to delay my appointment time by about 45 minutes, they still were able to accommodate. I dealt with Hunter, and he was great, explaining the differences from other gold spot prices on line and how/where they got their offer prices. I felt the price we got was very fair.
