Setting an appointment was easy (I chose to do so via email), and when I had to delay my appointment time by about 45 minutes, they still were able to accommodate. I dealt with Hunter, and he was great, explaining the differences from other gold spot prices on line and how/where they got their offer prices. I felt the price we got was very fair.
