I've been purchasing my Shih Tzu's grass pad from Patio Pet Life for over two years now and just as satisfied as the first order. If there is ever a shipping issue, as it travels from CA to FL, their customer support handles it quickly & professionally. Just cannot say enough about the quality of the grass pad to their customer service!!

Would definately recommend this company over others we have tried! We've tried a few other companies for grass, and patio pet life has been the best, the grass is great, looks good out of the box and it absorbs very well! We have had other companies we used that did not absorb at all, and some that would come with moldy grass, which ended up making my dog sick. I would recommend patio pet life to anyone who has a patio potty for their pets! We have a German Shepard, we use the large size and get our lawn every two to three weeks , depending on the weather , it works out great!

I never received my grass order I never received my grass order that was out for delivery and then delayed...then cancelled? Nobody has contacted me with an explanation or remedy yet.

The perfect alternative to fake grass in california I spent so long searching for something that was better than the fake grass alternatives at the pet stores. I read many great reviews about patio pet grass being the best thing to cure terrible smells in fake grass. I’ve got an old dog that has trouble holding it for more than two or three hours and we live on the top floor of an apartment building so taking him down every two hours is hard on not only us but his old body as well. It was delivered faster than I expected and as soon as I set it up both dogs ran outside to use it. I even took the leap and splurged on getting the subscription. I’m so glad I did! The treat and poop bags were even an extra bonus! Thanks for a great invention that continues to send me new grass every few weeks! It’ll save us a lot of pain and effort when soaking and cleaning the fake grass almost every week in the California sun!

My Dog and I Enjoy Patio Pet! product always arrives in good condition on time. My dog always looks forward to a fresh patch and the included treat. He knows when he sees the box. The company communicates well when they are experiencing delays and offers great customer service. As someone who lives in an apartment however, I wish my shipment would get delivered to my door rather than the apartment office.
