Don’t mess with artificial grass!! We have a Daschund puppy and we were using artificial grass for his potty area. After a few weeks, we started to have flies and urine odor coming from the potty area. And we were very diligent to clean the artificial grass and bought the expensive, pet grade brand. We decided to try out Patio Pet Life and after a couple of weeks, we couldn’t be happier. The flies are all gone, there is no longer any urine odor, there is zero upkeep, and our puppy loves to use it! Even though our puppy is small, we opted for the larger size for our back patio deck. Our pup loves the grass so much, we are going to get a second grass and tray to put in the front yard. Highly recommend this product!!

The perfect alternative to fake grass in california I spent so long searching for something that was better than the fake grass alternatives at the pet stores. I read many great reviews about patio pet grass being the best thing to cure terrible smells in fake grass. I’ve got an old dog that has trouble holding it for more than two or three hours and we live on the top floor of an apartment building so taking him down every two hours is hard on not only us but his old body as well. It was delivered faster than I expected and as soon as I set it up both dogs ran outside to use it. I even took the leap and splurged on getting the subscription. I’m so glad I did! The treat and poop bags were even an extra bonus! Thanks for a great invention that continues to send me new grass every few weeks! It’ll save us a lot of pain and effort when soaking and cleaning the fake grass almost every week in the California sun!

Slow shipping and grass lasts about 3 days Shipping has been delayed several times now. Similar companies have been taking 3 days for shipping, but here it’s been 5 days minimum. Grass shows up in poor condition and starting to rot due to being wet and rolled on itself. Ends up dying within about 3 days after arrival.

Outstanding Customer Service This month our grass never arrived, though the shipping company said it was delivered. I contacted Patio Pet Life and they immediately made it right. A new grass arrived within 2 days. They were very fast to respond and to replace the missing grass. Outstanding customer service.
