No other companies I have dealt with when selling my textbooks email me letting me know my book has been received. I always have to track down the order myself, so this was a nice change! Within a day the book was inspected and I was paid. Overall it was a great experience!

Easy enough to use but unfair returns I was glad to see they would accept two titles that no other company would. However, I was less excited when I saw their critiques of the items and the reduction in price that I was receiving back. One book I wasn't receiving anything for because of its "condition" - the same condition I purchased it in from another retailer four months prior for substantially more money than I was initially offered. I was given the option to pay for return shipping if I wanted the book back. Another book cited water damage, of which there was none. I probably wouldn't use them again unless I had no other options for buyback.
