Overall great experience The process was simple and fast. They provided me with a free shipping label and immediately emailed me once they received my book. No other companies I have dealt with when selling my textbooks email me letting me know my book has been received. I always have to track down the order myself, so this was a nice change! Frustrating It was very frustrating to enter in the ISBN numbers for over a dozen books to only learn at the end that I would need to know how many boxes I would need to ship. That necessitated re-entering everything manually later. The website also has poor design with links returning to the main page instead of pointing towards the information they said they would. In the end I was paid as expected.
