I though my last order was lost by Canada Post and they offered to replace it if needed. I finally received my original order two days later, but it was great to know that Neat and Handy was ready to go with plan B rapidly if necessary. I get better results for my miniatures thanks to Neat and Handy's products!

Great so far... So far my wife loves the clear caps even though they keep slipping off. I will replace the bracket in a little while. I'm a little busy for me to have the time right now, but so far she's satisfied with our purchase.

Extremely useful magnifying kit. I was more than impressed with the quality of the product although, as yet, I haven't had opportunity to use it for any length of time but that's down to me being busy with other things. I am looking forward to using it on a painting I have been commissioned to do.
