As soon as I reported damage As soon as I reported damage. John contacted me and had a replacement order headed my way. I also ordered two handheld magnification units and they arrived promptly and undamaged. The replacement unit arrived today and all is well. Thank you again, John. You deserve many stars. Good customer service is greatly appreciated.

The product arrived very well packaged… The product arrived very well packaged and is of excellent quality. The lenses are very clear and well shaped, and the frame holds them comfortably whether I wear my glasses beneath or not. The LED light is extremely bright and white, letting me see what I'm looking at in detail with true colour. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

Awesome experience Awesome experience, products arrived within the estimated expected time frame. Goods arrived in excellent condition. Regular emails of the transit progress kept me confident that it didn't get lost while traveling to the other side of the world. I have other products from other companies coming from the same country which still haven't arrived yet; that I ordered before I ordered my hobby vision system. Very happy The product works well, makes those fine craft work much easier, very please with my purchase. Thank you 'Neat & Handy'

Great products, awesome customer service! Great products, excellent quality/price ratio, awesome customer service. I though my last order was lost by Canada Post and they offered to replace it if needed. I finally received my original order two days later, but it was great to know that Neat and Handy was ready to go with plan B rapidly if necessary. I get better results for my miniatures thanks to Neat and Handy's products!
