Smart & capable service representatives I was very pleased with the service I got from Tahoe Mountain Company. I used the Chat tool because I was purchasing from abroad. The sales representative sent me messages after our chat ending, anticipating any problems I might have, and additionally, made sure after my purchase that my purchased items would go to my overseas address. The pricing was fantastic as it was marked down about 30%, I received free shipping and received the vest in two days!! I had not shopped here before, but I will again in the future! Love the mittens, but Shipping wS fast, good selection of quality outdoor merchandise; the shipping charges are too high, Purchased a $70 pair of gloves, paid shipping; needed a larger size so returned, shipping for UPS was $26. All told, the Christmas gift of $70 mittens cost me over $125. That is the only thing that would keep me from shopping with Tahoe again.
