Smart & capable service representatives I was very pleased with the service I got from Tahoe Mountain Company. I used the Chat tool because I was purchasing from abroad. The sales representative sent me messages after our chat ending, anticipating any problems I might have, and additionally, made sure after my purchase that my purchased items would go to my overseas address. Great job!

I took a chance, and won the lottery. Smooth transaction, quicker than promised delivery, and a great product at a great price. I would definitely buy from them again.

2 day shipping does not mean you will receive it in 2 days.. I placed my order for some hiking shoes on Saturday in order for me to get a few days to break them in before a camping trip the following Friday. I did not receive my shoes until the Friday that I was heading out. I'm not sure if I should place the blame on Tahoe Mountain Sports or USPS for this but 2 day shipping doesn't mean you will receive your item in 2 days. >=/
