Smart & capable service representatives I was very pleased with the service I got from Tahoe Mountain Company. I used the Chat tool because I was purchasing from abroad. The sales representative sent me messages after our chat ending, anticipating any problems I might have, and additionally, made sure after my purchase that my purchased items would go to my overseas address. It's half the price of what I would have to pay in a store in Norway, and David on chat was really helpful with all my concerns about shipping and other questions. They also have the buySAFE guarantee, so I won't have to worry about ID theft. They doublechecked me, that my visacard wasn't stolen, which I think makes them trustworthy.
