Love the mittens, but Shipping wS fast, good selection of quality outdoor merchandise; the shipping charges are too high, Purchased a $70 pair of gloves, paid shipping; needed a larger size so returned, shipping for UPS was $26. All told, the Christmas gift of $70 mittens cost me over $125. That is the only thing that would keep me from shopping with Tahoe again.

2 day shipping does not mean you will receive it in 2 days.. I placed my order for some hiking shoes on Saturday in order for me to get a few days to break them in before a camping trip the following Friday. I did not receive my shoes until the Friday that I was heading out. I'm not sure if I should place the blame on Tahoe Mountain Sports or USPS for this but 2 day shipping doesn't mean you will receive your item in 2 days. >=/
