In that time, I have purchased figures from a wide range of characters like Transformers, Marvel, DC, and many more. Thier shipping times are exceptional, and thier customer service beyond great. Terrible Terrible! Had issues with a wheeljack sent pictures they offered me 5.00 and no replacement. They wanted me to send them an unboxing video to determine if my claim was legit? Filed a paypal claim got my money back.

They do what they can to help protect the shipping box from the carrier system during transit by using plastic corner protectors on all packages along with double layer cardboard that's heavily taped up. I'm fairly certain the corner protectors have helped save at least two of my orders from more prominent crushed box damage in transit, to no fault of the business.

I know that if anything goes wrong, they will try their best to compensate. They are also very active on social media and often give away store credit and offer limited deals. Shipping is also relatively fast; all my packages have arrived in about 2 weeks.
