Customer service was awful Customer service was awful. We ordered bollards for the security of our building.There was no review of the order or a proof sent of what the bollard looked like. We were promised them by a certain date and did not receive them until a week later. The representative we ordered with ignored phone calls/emails. Our installer called seeking information and said he had never been treated more rudely by customer service. Buyer beware. Once they have your monies, which you must pay up front, they are rude, unreachable and condescending.

Great Job supplying us with bleachers From the moment I called Park Warehouse, they were prompt and professional. Our company was chosen as the GC for constructing a new ball field. Would certainly recommend Park Warehouse I have ordered several items from this company now. Most recently I received three plastic hexagon tables for the patio at our Municipal Beach House. They look fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. When we initially received them we were missing two small pieces necessary to complete them. I called Debbie and had them the very next day, WOW!
