I ordered the Picnic Table I ordered the Picnic Table - Octagon - Micro Pressure Treated Wood. The table was exactly what was described in their catalog. The finish quality was exceptional, the edges were routered and sanded. The salesperson was extremely professional and responsive to any questions and emails.

Customer service was awful Customer service was awful. We ordered bollards for the security of our building.There was no review of the order or a proof sent of what the bollard looked like. We were promised them by a certain date and did not receive them until a week later. The representative we ordered with ignored phone calls/emails. Our installer called seeking information and said he had never been treated more rudely by customer service. Buyer beware. Once they have your monies, which you must pay up front, they are rude, unreachable and condescending.
