Very smooth process Very smooth process. Rosealee was a big help, she provided all the info and answered all my questions and was very pleasant. All of the parts arrived on time and were in good condition. I did not realize how much I'd have to do to put the bleachers together but that was something I probably should have asked about.

Customer service was awful Customer service was awful. We ordered bollards for the security of our building.There was no review of the order or a proof sent of what the bollard looked like. We were promised them by a certain date and did not receive them until a week later. The representative we ordered with ignored phone calls/emails. Our installer called seeking information and said he had never been treated more rudely by customer service. Buyer beware. Once they have your monies, which you must pay up front, they are rude, unreachable and condescending.
